This is I just before getting a hair cut, my mother said "it shows that I
did not want it done".......3years.(1950)
People always ask me if I was CUTE
Me in school uniform on the front in Great Yaremouth, was I always this
"innocent". I look good in a jacket and matching shorts.(1954)
The number at the bottom of the picture is a ticket number. My father worked as a promenade photographer, taking peoples photo's as they walked passed giving them a ticket with a number. The next day the photos were on display and you bought the picture, if it was good enough. My father found out this was a good place to meet girls!!!!!
This was at Great Yaremouth, Norfolk where we spent the summer months and where
I went to school. We always
stayed at a summer resort, Mum and Dad working for the season. Picture from left
to right are: Steven, Me, Stuart and Mrs. Foster, who's boarding house where we
stayed and worked. Behind us is the beach and the sea... look at these woolen
bathing costumes!!!!!!.11years about 1958.
